Janette is a qualified Business Adviser/Counsellor who has experience in working both for and with private sector, public sector and voluntary/community sector organisations. She is keen to stress that she works with people within organisations and not directly with organisations or businesses – as, she says, it is empowered people with the appropriate skills who can turn 'run of the mill' organisations into successful market leaders.
She uses her experience in personal development to help people explore and develop ideas and which then enable them to move themselves and their organisations forward. Janette’s skills and experience have been developed through working with a diverse range of people and she is equally comfortable working with chief executives in a private company, a group of parents in a community centre or a group of young offenders in a prison classroom setting.
Her consultancy and training experience which includes working with those with specific learning difficulties, added to her own personal experience of dyslexia, has equipped her to be able to tailor her delivery to suit the needs of her audience. The basis for all her work, whether traditional business advice, social enterprise advice or support and counselling for individuals is to give guidance and impart strategies which enable people to optimise their potential thus seeing them move towards personal/organisational success.
Is it time you stepped out of your comfort zone and started to build the foundations for a more successful future?
